Yup, I have long thought those are the best three Tom records.

 

I just had the mental image of a 70 year old mark, in a wheel chair, singing WMAA and playing bass XD

 

I don't think he'll be in a chair at that age, but I definitely see them going until their mid 60s lol.

I used to love these live videos back in the day. I just wish Tom continued to use autotune live....it makes their shows so much more bearable.

Same as @Collins - exactly how I did it. I remember them pushing Distraction HARD back in the day and I was just like "why tho?"

Problem is he DIDN'T use it live, just in the videos that got put online because he sounded absolutely horrible. I may not have the Gift live but I have some of Angels' first shows live and they're BAD. Exciting, but BAD

Here's how Angels actually sounded in the first few shows. This was at the troubadour in Hollywood - I think this was in that first batch of shows. Not HORRIBLE, but not great and definitely no live autotune.

His voice in a live setting has just gotten progressively worse over time. Almost comical.

But I still loved it for what it was. Hearing him attempt to sing Dumpweed was great.
