Even with PPV, they always have 15-20 mins they can go over.

 

Think all but the big 4 are Network exclusives except for in international markets where they have to finish out old contracts.

this wont be a long match at all, but as long as it's back and forth I'm not mad. having Joe get squashed though would be an incredibly disappointing end to this build and show itself.
