Do you think they'll flat out mention TNA considering it's not a company anymore, since it's called GFW now?

Can't wait for Aries to be the new leader of Bullet Club in 4 months.

 

They've mentioned TNA on their documentaries and podcasts before. Whether they do it on live TV I don't know.

Shame about Aries. Very curious about the situation.

 

I'm looking at all his stuff now and wow, he was an amazing person. I really wish this didn't happen. Ugh

 

Makes sense that Aries would want out but it's still disappointing. Hopefully he's back with another company as soon as he's able to sign. Gotta wait 3 months right?

What a weird night for WWE: an article highlighting Dixie, Austin's release, now a house show belt change.

 

At a minor league baseball game for work. The home team just won, Bobby Roode's theme kicked in over the loud speakers, and I popped pretty hard.

 

Yeah, this girl keeps sending me pictures of AJ with the belt. Craziness. Not sure if its an MSG thing or an injury or what.

 

At least they can explain it on their show lol imagine if that happened with a raw title and they went right into great balls with no explanation?

Yep, really hoping this is just a move to get sagging house show sales up a bit and not a precursor to 30 days for KO.

According to PWTorch.com, Aries requested his release from the company, and it was granted, as he was unhappy being pigeonholed as a Cruiserweight, and saw much more potential for himself outside of the role he was given on 205 Live.

The report added that one source noted Aries had a bad attitude backstage in WWE, which might have made the decision easier for WWE officials to grant him his release. It’s likely Aries will end up back on the indie scene following his release, and he could also end up back in Ring of Honor or GFW if he is offered a return deal from either of those companies.

Aries commented shortly following the announcement of his WWE release, Tweeting “It’s a beautiful day."

 

ROH could really use him. I find their main event scene so underwhelming.

 

Usually people with "bad attitudes" are great people that Vince doesn't like so... makes sense.
