That's pretty stellar news! We're days away from actually hearing Bored to Death. It's been frustrating/fun/exciting doing detective work and discussing our hopes for this new album y'all

On the topic of animosity and bitterness, I totally get it.

I was in a band with some of my best friends for a couple of years and we really gave it a shot. Obviously, it didn't work out for us and we let it go. I don't talk to most of them now (10 years later) because of bitterness, lives changing, families starting, things I've seen them do and say, and so on.

Now multiply that by 1000x and you have this. Families, lifestyles, money, and identities are all involved in this thing that got way bigger than anyone imagined. Once people start making decisions that ultimately effect your family and your financial situation, things start to get bitter, frustrating, and there's a certain level of fear involved. I think Tom outlines it really well in Start the Machine (which is surprising that he acted the way he did post reunion.) That relationship is like a marriage, you see the best and worst parts of these people. When it all comes crashing down, you typically want distance from it.

I think as long as blink-182 exists, the animosity between Mark and Tom will exist. We obviously don't know all of the details of their conversations, but as the videos show, think of those things they said on stage... can you only imagine what was said in dressing rooms, text messages, phone calls, meetings, through lawyers?

For sure. almost looks like there's a "/" in front as if it could be dumpweed or something too, although, it seems like you would see the tops of those letters. I hope they switch up the setlist more for this tour
