I get some serious Bright Eyes vibes in their music, for sure!

 

Every one says that re: animal flag, I absolutely don't hear it

 

How much Bright Eyes/Conor Oberst have you listened to in the past?

 

i def get the comparison as far as the vocals go but other than that i don't see any similarities

 

It's definitely the vocals. The vibrato in his voice, etc.

 

deja is this band's worst album

daisy is their best

is this ranking

 

I am the band's best album.

It's really apparent in the vocals and especially the folkier songs

 

Astro Lounge is their best.

man if i had known what kind of mental and emotional toll being a fan of this band would take on me like 15 years ago, i wonder if i would have even bothered lol

 

So I was getting a burrito for lunch today. The person making it is like "do you want corn?". I say yes please I'd love corn on my burrito. They proceed to put like maybe 5 pieces of corn on my burrito. I'm like "um... I'll actually have more corn please".... Person literally puts the same amount on as the first time. This time I'm like "uuh, can I have even more than that? I like corn lol".

Tbh I still would've put more corn on it if I made it myself. Can't ask again though, it's just bad ethics.
