What in the hell is Sacramento doing?

 

Outside of trying to avoid the risk of Monstars coming after him, I'm not sure Vlade's ever been a part of a great deal for his side. That, or he was just completely flopping...

 

Damn, I picked the wrong weekend to go camping. PG trade must have happened right as I left.

 

Denver is a good fit for him, but I honestly don't know why any player in the east would want to go west. So much harder to make the playoffs.

 

This cut me deep. Should have traded Horford and Millsap instead of letting them go for nothing :(

 

Woj just said that Melo will waive his no-trade clause for Cleveland or Houston.

 

Maxing Porter makes a lot of sense for the Kings, WAS has said publicly it will match any offer for him. If we offer him the max and they match, that hamstrings their cap and gives us a better chance at signing Bojan Bogdanovic away from them.
If they don't match we get a 24 y/o, 43% 3 point shooter who would see a bigger role with us and probably become a really solid scorer. We also have $50 million in cap space and 9 players on rookie scale contracts so by the time we have to pay our young guys this contract will either be close to or off the books, or if he continues to improve it'll be somewhat reasonable.

 

Whatever helps you sleep at night...

I still love Melo. Hope he does get traded to a legit team and is able to contend for a title. Would love to see him in Houston

Knicks just an all around mess. I hate our front office right now. Laughing at the Melo video (if that's what happened) not a great look

 

I’d honestly rather keep Anderson then have to give up a lot to get Melo. Anderson and a pick would be the max for me.
