Why is an amiibo so expensive? What the heck? I just really want Epona!

 

Just get the NFC cards online. That's what I ended up doing. Although I have every amiibo that's hit stores already except OoT Link.

 

Holy shit I beat Ganon. So now I must admit, this is the first Zelda game I've actually finished the story of besides Link's Awakening. It's time to change that

Did you get a set? Link? Like all the NFC cards necessary to unlock stuff in the game? Now I'm thinking I want to do whatever is possible.

Pretty pumped about the DLC tomorrow. The Master Trials looks so rad.

 

I'm so excited that I'm looking forward to my 4 hour bus ride tomorrow

Caving in and grabbing the DLC. I wanna replay this so badly.

 

sword trials kicking my ass, master mode kicking my ass. Really loving it so far

 

any tips on tracking down the last few shrines? I have 4 left that are not quests and I can't find them going looking at a complete map and comparing it to mine.

 

one of the tells of a shrine you haven't visited yet is a flock of birds flying above the location. prob not much help when the map is huge and you're looking for 4 spots haha

 

The Beginning Trials were really kicking my ass for a while but I got through the Middle Trials on my first go. Hopefully I was just rusty after not playing for a couple months. In other news it's crazy finding Korok Seeds left and right with the new mask, going for 100% at this point.

 

Need to get back on this so I can start the DLC, I've still only completed a little over half the shrines and have one beast left.

Edit: Gonna smoke another bowl and do that now

 

Saw someone else say that Aonuma has said it's post-Ganon.

 

I got back into this to slam all the shrines before trying the challenge mode. Started with way up in the Hebra mountains....so lonely and chilly up there. That dragon cave is friggin' badass though.

 

Christ these major tests are noooooo joke. Been doing one for about a half hour now..

Okay finally beat it. I'll know to come prepared next time.

 

I guess I expected that Link would be the playable character, but I was still hoping for Zelda. Would have been so great.

 

100%! Finally completed Trial of the Sword so I've done everything there is to do. Bring on DLC #2.

yesterday i decided to buy this for Switch despite not owning one.... but my brother does and fuuuuck this game is just addicting. the battery on his almost died twice and i've barely scratched the surface of the beginning.
