I could definitely get down with this. Chances of a Portland date are probably slim though.

I'm glad these guys still link up to play music here and there. I hope a new full-length comes out someday.

Honestly, I'd go. That record is still catchy with a couple really good jams. Sucks they had to break up because of their shitty label folding but not letting them be free... which is just cruel and unusual.

Worst part is the 5 demos they posted for the would be third record were pretty damn stellar.

 

I remember trying to piece this album together using limewire when it came out - finding it to buy in the UK where I lived was impossible! Re-visiting now for the first time in 5 years or so. I'm still really loving it.

 

Seriously. I loved those demos. And I loved that they had Danny from Lorene Drive on one of them.

 

Thanks to @JasonTate for the submit credit, I've known about this for awhile. Sounds like they might release some new music as well. When Jesse was asked about a vinyl release, he said maybe...

I have the demos still in my iTunes library and listened to it on a ride a month ago- still solid!

 

New music and a pressing of HITHW would be pretty cool.

 

Dang that's a name I haven't heard in a long time. Giving HITHW a spin after reading this and record still holds up

 

Oh man I would definitely hit this.

 

This was my thought when I first saw it as well.

Also, like I said on the Tour Speculation thread, Dustin's Instagram post only mentioned an anniversary show, not a full tour. So we'll see.

Yea I remember the four main demos were:

Pain, Circa, Unravel, and Lost Inside Of You.

 

HOLY SHIT I would love the opportunity to see this record live! "Speak Low If You Speak Love" was my favorite song of that year probably

 

I still listen to Moving On regularly. Such a jam.

 

And "Shine Your Light" which was my personal favorite of the bunch.

I used to love this album back in the day

 

Always dug the chill ones on this album like Dangerous and Fantasy.

Also got into Weatherbox during this time. Definitely influenced the trajectory of music that I enjoy today, but I remember me and my friends listening to Hiding Inside The Horrible Weather a lot
