I'm currently selling some of my Amiibo collection on eBay. I've never opened any of mine and they are just taking up space on shelves in my spare room. Might as well sell most of them. I just sold 5 Fire Emblem characters(Robin, Ike, Lucina, Roy, Marth) and didn't get as much as I wanted, but I pretty much broke even there. I've got Breath of the Wild Zelda up now as well as Sheik and Toon Link together. Both those auctions should go for a fair amount. Wanting to put that money toward just paying off some stuff, and I'm having less and less of a desire in buying collectibles as I get older.

Just saw the Japanese SNES(Famicom) comes with Mystical Ninja. I so wish that was coming on the US release(even though I still have a working SNES and the orig game cart).

 

Yeah that would have been great. That game is pretty weird and I love it. The box art for that Japanese one is super rad, too.

 

I get nervous everytime someone posts in this thread that I would miss the pre-orders.

 

Here we got both famicom and nes last year (also local stores are still selling it now but with higher SRP).

I'm sure we'll get both for the snes

 

Download an "alerts for Reddit app" and set it to the Nintendo subreddit. Also follow "ninwire" (nintendowire) and turn on alerts. They seem to post as soon as something happens or goes up in the past.

Great game but I would honestly never play it on here since I have the DS version. Same goes for any of these games that are on the 3DS VC. I've grown accustomed to playing SNES games in bed, and on the john.

 

Even though I am in the US, I really want the EU/JP style SNES mini, the enclosure is just so much cooler than the US one. Not sure if it would work on a US power outlet though.

As for Chrono Trigger, the omission is a bummer but it should not be hard to load it onto there (if it can run Star Fox 2 & Yoshi's Island properly, it can run anything.) If it is anything like the NES mini you should be able to do custom stuff. I would actually prefer an updated port of the DS version of Chrono Trigger to the Switch, because that version is so good.

Kinda sad we still are not getting that Japanese Secret of Mana collection in the US...maybe it will show up on a Direct later this year.

 

Oh yeah I'd rather have all these on Switch. I still want this thing though.

 

I was checking Amazon all day yesterday and couldn't find it, now it's unavailable. This is going to be awful.

 

It was never actually available. Nothing's gone up for live pre-orders anywhere yet.

 

I couldn't care less about the NES classic last year, but I need at least two of the SNES ones. Ideally three, because my sisters and I grew up on SNES and they now have boys of their own between 5 and 6 years old. Perfect for Christmas.
