After Midnight very easily. Its bridge and final chorus should do something more than what's there, but that's the case with basically every Neighborhoods/DED song. It's a really good song.

Both songs are listenable on a very poor album. I give AM the edge based on Mark actually getting to sing.

 

I just realized Neighborhoods is one of the very first, if not the first, albums I never bought after listening to the leak of it. I bought less music because of albums like that. I used to literally buy EVERY album I listened to.

Also is it okay to say after doing these rates that I miss Tom? Like... not the way he acted or anything but a hell of a lot of my favorite blink songs are Tom songs

After listening to some of Neighborhoods last night for the first time in years? Fuck no. I still say good riddance to that dude. A total wash up.

After Midnight. I prefer songs with Mark and Tom both singing.

 

I have come to accept the new and old blink. Sure I miss old Tom, Untitled and TOYPAJ are my favorite era from this band, but he wasn't good for the band anymore and it wasn't his passion; also Skiba killed on California. Keep it up!

 

I've listened to the Deluxe California more than I have Neighborhoods already most likely. I listened to Neighborhoods a handful of times or so and hated it more and more with each listen. Then I just never wasted my time with it for the most part.

 

Then why are all the Tom songs more liked than the Mark songs on Neighborhoods? He could improve. Just needs to give a shit, record in the same room and have a producer (yeah I know that won't happen)

 

This post is confusing. It's defending Tom, but it adds on so many stipulations for him to be good that it's honestly more like you're agreeing with me.

 

As well, Mark has 2 songs. Both of which are better than most of the album. There is soooo much Tom and it's their worst album since pre Dude Ranch days.

 

That's the thing. I more or less agree with you in the sense that I don't miss the way Tom acts, but I miss his songwriting
