Out of the combined 7 songs on Yippee and Me and My Uke he only played Trouble, Yourbiggestfan, and Big City Dreams. Off of the Summer EP (which I assume is the other one he's lumping in here), he only played On the Brightside and Happy out of the 6 on that one (but that one wasn't advertised as being played in full while the other two were on that leg).

Also I agree with you. This "leg" is coming to a 200 cap venue in CT (which is pretty realistic), but when I went back in April it was at the Grand Ballroom in Webster Hall. Well, it was supposed to be in the Studio....then they bumped it to Marlin...then they bumped it to the ballroom, which is a whole different can of worms to open with me LOL.

 

I think we were talking about that on that post. I think they tried to do multiple dates at the Studio but it was booked the day before and after. Nothing like an intimate tour for a room of 1,000 haha

Probably because their last album bombed.

 

That is a big venue for them. Cool to see them growing now that they've ditched Eric Soucy.

 

It's 3 off dates, not a headlining tour. Also, their last album doubled their previous album and was their highest charted release at #51.

 

Any bigger tours getting announced this week? My local Alternative station's annual festival (formerly Fuzz Fest. I think the name may change) is finally being announced Monday so I'm figuring it'll be part of an August/September tour. Last year it was the Weezer/PATD tour.

 

Cory (guitar player for Carnifex) was talking to someone on Instagram and said they may be touring the states November/December. Also it was of a photo of The Acacia Strain, so maybe a TAS Gravebloom headliner Nov-Dec with Carnifex?

 

Amber Pacific has teased writing new music and has become more active on all forms of social media recently. Anybody have confirmation of a comeback?

They literally have a tour starting in a few days why on Earth would they announce another? Not to mention they're booked through basically the end of 2017.

Brand New/Death Cab for Cutie? No knowledge base on this, but they're both headlining High and Low fest in CA the day after Death Cab plays in AZ so I've wondered if that's a full tour since that fest got announced.
