So there's all the rumblings about things going to a second GE, but how does that actually work?

Can a GE be called without the go-ahead from the sitting PM? If the queen's speech gets voted down where does that leave us?

 

Kind of want to see the Queen's Speech voted down tomorrow just because it would be another unprecedented situation in a series of unprecedented situations. Forget the fact that I don't like May or this Conservative government and the direction of the country - it would just be really interesting to see what happens next.
