The Dodgers are 8-2 in the last 10 games and they are still in 3rd place.

The Rockies have gone 7-3 in their last 10 while the Diamondbacks are 9-1 in their last 10.

They're gonna have to make moves since Frazier, Fowler and Wade are the big ones that need to get on the 40 man this year. But yeah I don't want anything drastic. Just keep doing what they're doing, no "going for it this year" bullshit deals

 

Every interview cashmans done, he's said this is an anomaly and he's gonna wait to make any major deals. Next year though.. yikes Haha I'd trade fowler if I could get a solid controllable pitcher right now while his stock is higher than it'll probably ever be.

 

I like Fowler a lot more than Frazier. Reminds me of a young Gardner. They should package Frazier in a deal to get a top starter.

Yeah, I know. But I remember seeing Gardner in AA, and Fowler reminds me a bunch of him.

 

The only thing I would do is trade out of our top 7-8 prospects for a reliever. We need Frazier and Torres, I would call Wade up right now, and the 40 man will take care of itself. Mason Williams, refsnyder, Gallegos, torreyes, and I'm sure one or two more could be let go for who we need to protect. It's a great year! But it's just the start. Don't do anything stupid Cash!

 

Yeah there's def a lot of pieces that can be let go. Cessa doesn't look like much of a major leaguer to me. Not good enough stuff or control. The good thing about the last week is Domingo German. Was pretty impressed with him.

 

Honestly that's what this year is. Let's see what we have. Give German some starts. Hopefully we can see what Adams has got at some point this year. We need at least two starters next year. We need to see what is the future and what isn't. I've enjoyed watching the ride this year and whatever happens happens.
