no, conventional. Our rate is 4.5% without PMI. I think it would've been 4% with it. We both have excellent credit scores.

 

Ahh yeah, we didn't qualify for that high of a budget with conventional so that's why we went FHA

 

We both have really good credit too but my fiance is a hair stylist and makes most of her money in tips so I think that may be why we didn't get much with conventional? Idk I don't really understand it

Yeah I'm not diehard or anything, I literally root for them because it used to be the default college for create-a-player on Madden hahaha

I do like them but when it comes to college football I'm much more of just a fan of the sport than a diehard to one team, I don't have like rival hatred for any teams (except Alabama)

That's fucking hilarious hahaha. We can at least find common ground in our hatred for Alabama. Though I hate Auburn the second least (Miss St being the least). Mostly because they rarely ever beat LSU :p

 

Yeah I love watching LSU players, like I know I should hate LSU because rivalries and all but they're fun to watch

 

Also started rooting for them because my mom's a Georgia fan and her husband is an Alabama fan and I live to make them both upset
