Yeah Theresa May staying on is great news, the party won't be able to recover their position as long as she's around.

One of the more fascinating narratives around this election is that the British electorate is very unforgiving, once a politician has fallen from grace there's no recovery, and yet Corbyn has some how regained public standing. I don't think I've ever seen a politician do that before.

This is true, May is now a toxic brand and her staying on is good news- think Clegg in 2015. But nothing will force another general election unless this coalition/negotiations break down. I just fear we'll have a consistent 3 line whip from the party and that'll be sufficient to keep it working. My hopes are pretty much lying on Anna Soubry, Ken Clarke and Scottish conservatives rebelling or splitting off and the Thanet South MP being taken out by the election fraud scandal resulting in a by-election.

  8. Why is it 320? 650-8SF abstainers/2=321, right?

Given how Yougov were easily the most accurate polling company I think they know what they're talking about with this!

Literally where I'm looking for a place right now. Turned out to be nothing apparently despite some arrests being made that weren't in conjunction to this.

Holy shit. If the polls were saying a 2% swing to Corbyn would result in a Labour victory, a 9 point swing like this would result in a bloody healthy majority.

Nationalising Adele is my favourite of his policies and would be financially cost effective for the government... Just saying
