Interesting, apparently the first session of today's testimony is open/public (obviously) but there is also a private, closed session later today. Hmm.

 

I would assume it's because (if I'm not mistaken) this session was originally supposed to be focused on the question of renewing the foreign surveillance act which would involve discussing information (unrelated to Trump/Comey) that would have to be discussed in private

I don't entirely agree with what Graham is saying, but he does have a somewhat valid point that it's a little surprising for Comey to be so open about it. I guess a better way to view it is that either Mueller views the obstruction charges as a slam dunk OR that they won't happen (based on Comey's testimonies)

Comey's reaction to the stress he must be under seems to be that smirk. That's probably the expression that I think is easiest to maintain tbh

 

Comey sounds like he is pissed at what Trump said about him re: being a poor leader who had lost the support of his subordinates. Literally said Trump was lying about all of it.

 

Comey has NO doubt that Russia interfered. He has NO doubt that the Russian government was involved.

 

So he has no doubt of involmemt, let's hope he has evidence!
