I don't know how i'd feel about my first listen of new songs being live acoustic versions on Instagram.

 

when you're a junkie, and you haven't had any in a while, you'll take what you can get.

 

Honestly the other songs sound incredible so I don't think it would be a negative thing

 

Oh, don't get me wrong. I'd listen. Repeatedly. But seeing how this band can turn Cope into Hope, whatever I hear at those acoustic shows may not reflect what they'll sound like on the actual album, I guess was my point.

As for listening to songs before they come out, prior to Mean Everything To Nothing's release live versions of almost 3/4 of the songs were on YouTube. As an excited fan waiting to see what the band did next I listened to all of them. Probably should of limited it to 3-4. As fans we get excited, and sometimes songs like Rejoice don't end up on the album, so we just wanna hear t all in case. Trying to be patient for a single on this one.

 

Yea absolutely, but knowing that I like to listen for chord progressions and melodies ha.

I know, I can't wait! I feel like the band is about to get super active after a pretty slow couple of years. last time I saw them was at the atlantic city beer fest it was a weird atmosphere but they sounded great at played 20 songs ha
