Ravens wont take him, they have too many other pieces they need. They've actually got decent RB depth...just a shit O-line. And there is a real chance they get a guy like Tunsil at 6. I think the Giants and Bears are in the same situation, they need at so many other spots than RB.

Dallas trading down for a team that wants a top guy at 4 and taking Elliot lower down might be the play there. Pick up an extra 2nd in the process

If he makes it to 13, gotta think the Dolphins take him

 

I mean yeah, I would say certainly 13 is as far as he will fall at the latest. Would be pretty miraculous for the Dolphins to trade down from 8 to 13 and still end up with Elliot.

 

For the Browns' sake, I wish Chip was GM of the 49ers too. I'm interested in seeing how the Browns mess this up though.
