    Thor 2 disagrees.

Avengers 2 is bad, but not quite BvS bad I'll grant you that.

ALSO, for that little first post in the thread, you GOTTA add Gail Simone's "The Circle" to the list. Gail is an essential part of WW's comic identity

    Going to see this tomorrow.

I also liked the BvS Director's cut. Never seen the theatrical version.

I fell asleep watching BvS. No Marvel movie is even close to that level of bad. Same with Man of Steel and Suicide Squad. Marvel, at least, makes a damn entertaining movie every time.

Sorry. I really think every Marvel movie is well made, even the flawed ones.

Well this movie rules! I am going to get a poster for sure (they did a great job with the visual marketing) and will be buying the soundtrack.

Just got back from seeing this and really enjoyed it aside from the romance, which felt shoehorned for the sake of a required Hollywood smooch scene.

Most marvel films are safe, homogenized, and predictable. The epitome of "eh." Most DC fare is unwatchable at times - or atleast to me. I often leave Marvel films disappointed. I often leave DC films angry. There's a distinct separation for me. This is a DC film that felt more like a marvel movie to me.

Very few of them are as well made as this. Very few marvel movies have their own real identity. Most the cinematography feels like it's from a tv show, most don't have any real stamp from the director, most have weak and generic scores that you can't remember. I'm tired of people acting like Marvel movies are somehow these incredibly well made movies.

Yeah, DCEU films, besides Wonder Woman, have not been good. Marvel on the other hand have had numerous great films. It's not nitpicking, it's just how things are.

Yeah BvS and Suicide Squad are unequivocally bad, but there are definite duds in the MCU. It's telling the most enjoyable Marvel films are the one that deviate from their copy/paste formula the most.

Hopefully with less Snyder the DCU finds its footing. WW was a real good start at that. (I'm not too excited for JL tho)

I will forever be disappointed that we never got Wright's Antman

    Liked the movie.

    Very much enjoyed the romance.

The action scenes were a little too much for me at times. Not a huge fan of the slow motion shots and those angles that sorta take me out of it.

The romance is an important part of what make WW who she is. Trevor is integral to her origin in almost every single instance. It was handled really well. There were some scene between the two that maybe could have been cut down, but I don't think the ending would have been as impactful without them. I didn't like the ending, but what happened with Trevor was important in her reaction and motivation.

I would say up until the raid at the end, I was 100% in on this film. The whole time watching it, I thought to myself that it could be my second or third favorite superhero film NOTHING beats Blade

I actually feel like the romance was underdeveloped, but I realized going in how integral it was going to be.

Pine and Gadot had good chemistry, but yeah wish they did a bit more with it.

The relationship in this was done better than any other super hero movie. Also I feel like Chris Pine gets better with each movie he does. And Gal Gadot was absolutely terrific.

Seriously Jason is right, the things being nit picked in this movie, and DC movies in general are largely ignored when discussing Marvel
