That show was seriously one of the best I've ever been to in my life. Our seats were down the exact center of the stage in the 100 level seats. It was the best seats I've ever had for an arena show. Incredible lighting and set design for this show. And all the set additions were amazing. Was so cool to see them play Ballad of Me And My Brain. Was hoping they would toss in The City or Head Cars Bending too but I guess not

Have you been to this venue before? This will be my first time. I'm seeing some talk on the Facebook event page of differentiation between pit and lawn, but all of the tickets seem to be completely general admission per Ticketmaster.

 

that's interesting. it's supposed to be all GA, but i'm sure they cut off the pit at a certain #. i've actually only been to the inside portion of it for the 1975 back on their short 2015 winter run

Yeah, that MSG show was so awesome and those fans were LOUD. I was on the floor with seats, literally started ducking when the cheers started.

"Ballad of Me and My Brain" was so good live and "Medicine" was cool to see. They dove headfirst into the slower, more atmospheric songs from their catalog (ILIWYS, You, Please Be Naked, Lostmyhead, Me, fallingforyou) and it worked well in the room even if some of the energy flagged a little during those songs. I don't remember the side rectangle video screens last time I saw them (this time last year in Philly), and that was a cool new visual element to an already incredible show.

 

Hope they're still charged up from the good MSG vibes for tonight

section 101 iirc. i had completely forgotten that i had purchased pretty decent seats for this show five months ago, so i spent the whole time being like "wow way to go, past me"

 

Feels like last night we got a happy medium between MSG and maybe the slightly more lackluster shows leading up to MSG. Really good set. Cool to get Menswear

 

Oh nice. I was in 102. Yeah I was super happy when I found out where I was cause I thought for sure I had bought tickets upstairs

 

Damn I wish to hell I got Menswear. Only ones I would've wanted to see more are Antichrist or Headcarsbending
