I'm going to disagree with you on that one. U3 may actually be my favorite in the series. Some of the sequences in that game are absolutely stunning.

 

I went between the lava planet and the final stage. Just kept going back and forth. The only guns I used throughout the whole game were the normal blaster and the rocket gun. I mostly just smashed my way through. lol

 

Yeah i think out of all the weapons, the Sheepinator is going to take me forever to max out.

 

I can agree with that. Some of the cinematics were great. Just something about the pacing of the game or the missions just felt sub par to me when compared to the previous games. Idk, I haven't played it since it came out, maybe if I revisit it my view of it will change.

 

Only took me maybe 30 minutes. It is a pretty quick on to upgrade. Pyro was pretty hard to finish out.

 

You going through Challenge mode now too?

 

Uncharted 3 is amazing. I actually never played the first one. Bought my PS3 for Uncharted 2 and everybody said the first ones controls weren't that great so I never bothered to go back.

 

I honestly didn't know what it was until ten minutes ago. Gonna give it a run after work.

 

Max Payne is the next PS2 game coming to PS4

The Crash party game was so awesome. Dropped so much time into that

 

On the subject of Naughty Dog, they just released three new pins today (Elena, Sully, and Drake). I already have the rest of them. Honestly don't think the new ones look that great.

Like I said, I love them all a lot, haha. I just wasn't as big a fan of the GTA style gameplay which is why it's my least favourite.

 

Finally got my code for the Gears of War 4 closed Beta! Somebody dropped the ball giving them out. I am glad it finally worked out.

Has anyone played Blood Bowl 2 and give some thoughts? I was fairly interested in that game when it first came out and now it's on sale for a decent price.

 

Have high hopes for Pyre after Transistor.

 

The only slow pacing that comes to my mind is the repeating sequence of walking in the desert after the plane crash. I think a big reason why many don't U3 is because it came right after U2, which was a tremendous leap forward from the first game. 2 & 3 are so similar in quality that it would be easy to mistake the third game for being sub-par when it really isn't.

 

Supergiant Games just announced their new game. Holy shit. Most anticipated! They are incredible at what they do not to mention they're very down to earth people.

I keep throwing my money at the screen but nothing's happening.

 

So excited for this. Transistor is one of my absolute favourite games. Day one buy from me.
