Not sure if any of you like Evil Dead, but waxwork just put up a cool soundtrack for Evil Dead 2.

 

Picked up new Joey Bada$$ yesterday at a shop in Philly. Fantastic album.

 

Great record, I need to pick it up still.

 

Went to Barnes & Noble tonight for the first time in probably two years and was really pleasantly surprised to see how much their vinyl selection has grown. Last time I was there, they pretty much just had a small vinyl stand, now they have legitimate sections of vinyl. Picked up Weezer White Album tonight. Had the Green album in my hand too until I realized it was $46...

Also, late on this, but I've ordered via SRC a dozen or so times and have experienced many delays with them but normally those delays are across the board (Amazon, etc).

 

I purchased the first Queen album for a damn 10 bucks at a antique shop.

 

I've been trying to cut down on my record buying lately... only bought a single used record in the past few weeks for $10. Man, saving money is so hard

I bought UADA - Devoid of Light at their show here in town last night. Recommended for anyone who even remotely digs black metal.

Definitely interested in Say Anything's In Defense of the Genre, but just dropped close to $100 on records so will have to sleep on it

 

haha, I just watched a bunch the other day, too. I think RFC used to have a record store series, too, where they gave band members $20 to spend.

 

I've seen those. Jeremy from Touché and Ned Russin from TF episodes were great watches

 

Finally got my hands on The Starting Line's Direction. $35 seemed reasonable for what I've seen it go for on ebay or otherwise.

 

Im saving up and eventually I'm gonna get a first pressing of YFW. It's one thing I've always wanted since I started collecting records.

The 1975 have their loving someone 7" up at Banquet. It's /1000 and going fast.

 

Yea I am not enthused about that either. $24 seems like a fairly hefty markup for this record.

 

If anyone happens to see an extra copy of the Bayside/Say Anything split from the recent tour that isn't insanely priced, hit me up! I'm getting very close to completing my Bayside collection but had to miss the show near me
