They fixed your brain when you were young.

Ehh... It's a vicious cycle. It's like looking at the kid who occasionally gets in trouble at school, but his partents go, "Oh, that little rascal! Classic behavior." Then the kid ends up in jail when he gets older.

Hockey is the best sport out there, the physicality and emotion are awesome, and I get it - I played Jr. hockey for a hand full of years - but there's a point where you just become a menace, rather than a tough competitor.

That was such a fun game to be at until it wasn't. Really disappointed in this Flyers/Caps series.

I'll physically be in the building so expect my kiss of death to be in full effect.

I admire how seriously you are taking your NHL bracket.

Couple that with the fact that it was exactly one Wings fan that threw a beer, not a large group or an arena full of them, but agreed.

The pool has tripled in size since I joined. He's got his family, friends, work buddies, some people's SO's...its super enjoyable. I think its $500 to win and $250 for 2nd this year

I just realized Lecavalier helped on the OT winner and now I'm furious.

Pavelski is the Kings Killer meanwhile Lecavalier for some reason is the Sharks Killer.

I read it that way myself. I was like "wow, that guy takes that way too seriously!"

Puck drop at fucking 10:45pm Atlantic time tonight so i might continue this inadvertent "ignorance is bliss" mindset towards this series and just see the score tomorrow morning lol. If we're lucky enough to win I'll be back in Chicago for round 2.

Andersen is in net tonight, instead of Gibson.

Yes! Andersen should have been GM 1 IMO.

Horcoff making his series debut. Blows my mind Boudreau opted to go with Wagner over him for 1 & 2
