This album is fun enough, and while the city sleeps is good

oh shit i forgot about the sir bonksalot that was in twiabp. geez yeah that was rough. i remember thinking "well, maybe its just AP that isnt a fan of him" but noooope a lot of people were not on board with him and the release he was on.

 

Last time I had a real visceral negative reaction to an album was probably the Fear Before album from 2008, like holy shit lol

speaking srsly for a sec I remember in college I had a group science project revolving around music and one guy was so rude and snobby and dismissed everyone else's opinions. I thought he was gonna be on some obscure nonsense but he loved nu metal. Which is fine, just unexpected lol. guess that attitude can prevail in any genre which shouldn't have surprised me. When I called him out for being music snobby he got all defensive like "and what does THAT mean?!" He was unpleasant. It's def an attitude that transcends certain genres or artists!
