Ended up grabbing Injustice 2. Great, deep (for fighting game) game that does DC a great service. Would like to known alt skins that aren't custom made and a different character (premiere skins, or w/e they are calling it).

I'm also not sure if a religious cult, which it seems poised to be, is the best avenue for a far cry game, at least not without a large overhaul of mechanics. It's a great concept for a video game, but would require a slow burn, tons of paranoia, and murky characters and enemies, none of which are particularly well suited by a run and gun collectible heavy open world.

 

I hope FC5 has Scorpio support because those location trailers look amazing

 

It should, but given that the game is rumored for Sept release, and Scorpio is probably after, who knows if Ubi will patch the support in later? They probably will, but you never know...

 

yeah it needs to focus more on narrative and character building. anyway, e3 not that far away now so... i'm cautiously optimistic. but i had a really great time with ac syndicate and wd2.

 

Man, Far Cry 5 is going to be awesome...

 

Fuck narrative and character building Far Cry is about mayhem, can't wait to blow up "cultist outposts" ;D

Definitely interested in Far Cry 5, I've enjoyed all their instalments so far. I do agree that they need to focus a bit more on the story this time. At least it looks like it's going to be way different setting-wise at least, 4 & 5 were way to similar.

 

The reviews have been amazing....need to find time to pick this up this week. Need something to keep me occupied until Crash next month.

 

Far Cry 5 - Ubi's Silent Hill???

 

It's about as good as a bang for your buck you can get fighting games. Story is decent-ish. ~12 chapters with 3-5 fights per chapter and real good storyline. Multiverse is fun too. I recommend it.

 

In the least surprising news ever, Red Dead Redemption 2 is delayed until Spring 2018.

I know this is old news, but Breath of the Wild is fantastic, and Nintendo put out a fantastic console with the switch. Finally got them both this past week. So solid.
