Injustice 2 looks v good, but not sure how I feel about the gear/lootboxes

 

It's so fucking weird right, but who knows maybe they are on to something

 

Be excited. XII is my second-favorite game in the franchise behind VI and was the first game I ever logged more than 100 hours in, back on PS2. It's in contention for my favorite PS2 game of all time as well. So, so good. I don't usually go in on HD remasters of games I've played (or, in this case, played to absolute death) but I'm probably going to get it.

 

Also, yo fuck you Ubisoft first and foremost for not announcing Splinter Cell *Jay Z voice*

Ten minutes into Injustice and it crashes. lol

 

I was hoping it'd hit Redbox. Overwatch just got added though. A year later.

 

Is it fun though? Like should I go up the street right now and get it? I want to, but feedback is always best beforehand.

If you like the first one, its more of the same. They did away with active time events, which is wonderful. The story is interesting, but it changes the status quo a lot. If you don't mind dropping that much, its worth it. If you can wait a few days and have Prime, I'd just order it.

 

It also just looks really good visually.

 

I absolutely love how Supergirl-centric it is.

 

The facial animations in this are so uncanny, damn.

 

The game needs so much more Harley. She's the best character in the books and game. I love the callbacks they throw in.

 

Also, Catwoman is basically a spitting image of Tatiana Maslany.

 

I just want to play it so I can create an all pink Batman and womp ass online with him.

 

Batman is my least fave character to play so far. I'm just awful with him.

 

Flash looks really cool, I'll probably be playing with him mostly.

 

Agreed on Harley. I think the Injustice version of her is my favorite. I'm so glad they're keeping her and Black Canary as BFFs. Still going through the story mode, but this game seems much more expansive than the first and I loved that one. The Multiverse portion seems really cool and I'm excited to get into that sometime this weekend.

 

Just ended story mode. That ending was dope.

 

I bought Rock Band 4 today. Pretty dope, named my band Kwyjibo lmao
