Haha for once I wish I could hold off listening to a leaked album but I always give in

 

I did for OG California lol. I vacated the thread and luckily I got my CD a day before release so I threw it in and listened lol

Mark answered more questions on twitter lol. Find out what shoes he's wearing! And he answered Misery as his favorite deluxe song (again) and Carousel is the hardest to play (again)

 

-_- he really needs to branch out on which questions he answers. You have to wonder if it's on purpose

 

It boggles the mind why he does it. Just from hearing other people being interviewed (e.g. Actors doing movie promo) they hate the same questions being answered and actually seem to visibly be excited if you see an interview and they ask something new or interesting.
I can't remember the actor but he joked he does the movies for free and his $20mil is for the promo

 

Yeah it's like, you've answered those questions millions of times. The favorite off deluxe and hardest to play has been asked EVERY QA he's done since February. Skip those ones man! Answer some of the ones you don't usually get/haven't answered before

 

If tom would ever rejoin, the thing i'd probably hate the most are all those interviews asking about the reunion and them three lying on camera on how they rekindled their friendship and are totally dad-bros again.

Felt off and weird in 2009 and would even more now.

 

That fake ass hug that they did in 2009 was revolting.

 

Saying that the sitting president should be waterboarded is the most punk thing anyone in blink-182 has ever done

 

The whole reunion was so weird. Suddenly every interview was about how different they all were. "Neighbourhoods" was titled because of how different they all were. Now apparently the "beauty" of blink was how they thrived off of friction when before when they actually WERE friends all they ever talked about was how similar they were. Honestly if I'd known what I know now about how it would all go down afterwards, I kinda wish they'd just publicly reconciled and not made any more music.

 

Theyre one of the only bands I remember being really into where the bond between the members was such a huge part of the appeal. Now looking that far back, I don't even remember what that was like. Haha. We've known they disliked each other for like 12 years now, so who knows how long before that it was taking place.

But yeah I know what you mean about their answers. Mark especially always spins things to sound positive and seems like he has the same deflecting answer ready for uncomfortable questions (like "why did you guys record Neighborhoods in separate studios?")

 

Where is this? I want to see it haha. Reminds me of when they announced they were reuniting at the Grammys and they announced the Coldplay winning best rock record and that's what Travis said in some interview that tom wanted blink to sound like Coldplay after this second time he left

 

They did a group hug almost every show haha.

I remember that announcement and literally celebrating with a WOO! When they announced their return....but then it was the start of the "Tom looks like he doesn't want to be there" meme.
