All the recent BCR talk got me listening to this again.

 

If banquet records has the deluxe version, it's possible that other "smaller" stores have it aswell. So logically, the leak COULD come at any time now.

Leaking back in the day....wow haha.

I remember searching on Napster, Kazaa, Limewire, and some other platform that started with a letter A.

First song I ever illegally dl was Incubus -Pardon Me.

I also remember discovering leaked Third Eye Blind demos and new Box Car Racer songs. The BCR songs were looped and I thought the songs just repeated the same parts over and over so I thought they were lame initially.

 

Remember using those programs and constantly giving your computer viruses and getting songs that were purported to be by Blink and the like but then you'd play it and it was some LQ garage band that kind of sounded maybe sorta close lol

 

They don't have a label, just a distribution deal. M&G company was hired through their management from my understanding. They're aware of how much it costs, I've talked to Matt about it before. He can't do anything about it, but Mark definitely can.

 

Korn untouchables was the craziest leak ever. It was legit about 3 months early. Around then a month early leak you wouldn't even blink at
(Excuse pun)

 

My post just made me realised I had a dream about I awoke from an hour ago

I was back at school but in my class was LeBron and the cavaliers. And we were learning about Korn. And this pretty girl I met years ago was in it and she's from UAE and she said their lyrics upset her. And then we all had peanut M&Ms

Anyway. I really liked that New Yorker piracy article. It's good to see real journalism actually still exists. Fascinating article

That reminds me of last year when the cavs were in the finals against GS and blink was up against drake for #1 and I said I wanted cavs and Blink to win, someone on here made a photo shop of Lebron and Kyrie with blink in that photo where Travis is flipping the bird and captioned it 'fuck drake and fuck the warriors'. Lmao loved that so much I shared it to on my Facebook.

 

It's actually a book (probably mentioned in the article tbh), been meaning to give it a read sometime.

Funny how it was one guy who started it all haha.
