What he said. He's one of the more experienced players in the entire squad.

Nope, just support the team. I went over to Amsterdam in March to watch a match. Entire city was electric for game day. I had homeless people asking me what the score of the match was when I got back to the city center.

Ajax v FC Twente. Not their best match of the season but still won 3-0. Traore can do just about anything with the ball except score - which is why his good form in Europa League has been surprising.

Sick! Agree about Traore too - I'm a Chelsea fan also and am still not sold on him tbh, both him and Younes lack "end product" (god I hate football terminology lmao). Happy with both their contributions to the season overall though.

Sly elbow from Fernandinho. Gets away with it.

Ridiculous that a double touch doesn't end in a retake. Why punish a team for a slip?

Make up call for giving a pen that was outside the box

I mean the free given for the double touch was a correct use of the rules. I'm just not a fan of the rule.

  10. Good on the ref for actually catching that that happened though, feel like most times the keeper gets shrugged off in that situation

For sure. Just thinking that City and Leicester can equally feel hard done by.

I mean he got it right, but there were two other infringements there. City players in the box before the kick was taken and the keeper off his line. I'm not sure if there's a hierarchy of infringements but the rules need to be adjusted imo.

If an attacking player goes into the box before the kick is taken and it's scored there is a retake. If it's missed it's an indirect free out. Should be the same result for double touches. Odd and inconsistent rules.

Just need one of Crystal Palace or Tottenham to beat Hull and we're guaranteed safety. Phew. It's been a long season on the cusp.

How did the ref not see that clear deliberate handball in the Wednesday wall. What the fuck? Ref was looking right at it.

Palace wiped the floor with Hull so you're safe. I'm glad you guys have stayed up, I much prefer Swansea to the other teams down the bottom of the PL.

I'm very glad, too. Hope they make some very shrewd signings this summer. Losing Ashley Williams in defense, I firmly believe, was what made this season so turbulent. Most of the pieces are there.

Leon Britton continues to be a living Swansea legend. He really grounded the team in this run in.
