That Kvelertak album was good but forgettable. Thats why I wasn't sure if I'd heard it. lol. Listen to this one instead.

Story about meeting Bubba Ray Dudley last night. Might not be the greatest story, but I thought I was kind of cool and since I don’t have any friends who are wrestling fans I thought I would share it here.

I went to the ROH show in Dearborn last night. The last match before intermission was the Bully Ray/Briscoes tag match. Bully Ray really played up to the crowd, leading the fans in cheers and even brought a fan into the ring to give her a piece of the broken table before passing out the rest of the table to fans at ringside. Then got on the microphone and talked about how great the fans were and how great ROH is. Then they announced he’d be signing autographs during intermission.

I went to see him, and he was taking the time to pose for photos with every fan. When I got to the front of the line, I asked if what is a better feeling, leaving the ROH fans all happy or getting the ECW fans ready to riot and kill him. He said he likes doing both. I asked him if I could get a picture with him and he said sure. I went behind the table, then he turned to me and said “You know what, forget it, you can’t have a picture”. I thought he was just messing with me and asked if he was being serious and he started yelling at me telling me to get away from him. I was really bummed out, I didn’t even really want the autograph, I basically just paid so I could get the picture with him. I slowly started walking away and he kept yelling at me about my attitude problem and how I was being an asshole. Then he busted out the biggest laugh and told me to get next to him. He said “see what I did there, I was able to get you to hate me, then immediately get you to love me again” and took the picture with me. I told him I was pretty sure he was just messing with me but wasn’t going to take a chance and call him out. He laughed and said “You weren’t going to say shit to me because you shit your pants when I did that”.

He really was awesome. He could have just signed my photo and took the picture with me, but instead he did both and gave me a story for the rest of my life.

 

I really wanna subscribe to WON but jfc it's more expensive than the WWE network. This and some of his tweets make me feel like Meltzer is kinda a dick sometimes

 

The radio shows/podcasts are so fucking worth it man. For sure. Meltzer also isn't a dick, he deals with asshole trolls on twitter all day.

 

Yeah, I figured/that's how I've seen it. He has little tolerance for bullshit from twitter

 

Alvarez's show with Tow Lawlor every weds is the absolute best.

 

I only really listen to WOL and WOR. That is more that enough Alverez for me.

 

Give F4D a try, Lawlor and Alvarez have a great chemistry together. Lawlor is by far the funniest guy they have on that site. It's also why I call everyone geeks. Lol.

 

Is that the one where they do the gimmick voices and stuff? I found that stuff insufferable.

 

Not at all, they go over smackdown, Lawlor does 5 minutes on TNA and usually rips it apart, then they review old episodes of total divas haha.
