Not ashamed to say this had me tearing up. Also proud that two of my videos are apart of it.

 

My Brand New presentation for History of Rock class I mentioned is this Thursday. Excited, but damn, was it hard to condense everything. For my song choices, I ended up going with Tautou (to showcase their transition from being generic pop punk to the next level, and my personal fav "woah" moment), Sowing Season (stop at chorus), untitled (to discuss TDAGs mystery and motifs of being lost, ask people what they think the girl is saying, segway into TDAG lyric booklet), and Limousine (only bits and pieces though bc of restraints)

 

Think Brand New fans have hit a new low...some fool commented on Jesse's wife's Instagram saying they 'thought Jesse would have married someone prettier'. Really? Amongst the stream of idiots asking for album details on her personal account, it's just plain sad some people stoop to that level.

 

Saw that too. It boggles my mind someone can say something like that either thoughtlessly or maliciously to someone they've never met. Like what goes through their heads?

 

There will always be terrible people who say terrible things. Such is the human condition.

It's nothing new to her or them. A large reason why the guys in the band are reserved with their personal life/don't use social networks.
