Any Indian food I’ve at not from an actual Indian restaurant was trash. The fast food place choolaah or whatever is garbage.

The bread

Sub = long rounded on top roll. Oftentimes the two pieces of bread aren't even separate
Normal sandwich = flat separate slices

damn, didnt realize steak tips were a New England specific thing. I've just been up here enjoying them my whole life blissfully unaware. Grilled like 3lbs of them for the week last night.

 

When not overcooked (which people tend to do often), a pork tenderloin can be really, really great.
