Damn I miss getting stoned to the bone and going to Souplantation. RIP to a real one.

 

This place actually has pretty great sandwiches but this is disgusting and now I’m terrified that I’ve had their house made ranch before without knowing what it was

 

Getting stoned and going to Golden Corral or Chinese Buffet was me and my friends thing back in the day.

 

I miss going to Chinese buffet and getting an entire plate of just Krab Rangoons and Chinese Donuts.

True story: my favorite local Chinese buffet got shut down for human trafficking.

 

I have no idea what a Chinese donut is but now I want one

Also, holy shit regarding the trafficking

 

they're like big puffy munchkins pretty much

 

From what I heard most of their kitchen staff were smuggled in and working for free to pay off debts. They all lived a just a few apartments together and would have a van pick them up for work every morning.

 

Also Chinese Donuts are just fried doughballs with powered sugar. Like a munchkin but usually fresher.

 

there’s a hibachi place near me that got in trouble for this same thing.

The ones near me aren't powdered sugar, it's like normal sugar somehow adhered to the fried doughball. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They're awesome

 

You guys are making me hungry.

Good thing I just ordered Chinese .
