Seems as if it is. I REALLY want L&S and PW on Vinyl.

There was a period when I only listened to Yellowcard and also Sum-41. And you know, I remember this period with warmth)

You mean four of their best. Man they seriously had such great tunes. I miss them

I think their 4 best are Paper Walls, Southern Air, OA and WYDTSY so I'd still say 2. Lift a Sail and Sept titled still have some fantastic songs though.

Switch WYDTSY with LaS and you have a Yellowcard discography I could live with almost forwver

I know for some reason WYDTSY isn't ranked super high around here, but I don't get it. Every song on there is so so good. Not a single weak track on there. It's quite a collection.

Southern Air is definitely one of their best, it blew me away the summer it came out.

southern air and WYTTSY are their two best records imo

That's fair, don't get me wrong. wYTTSY is fantastic. But I feel like the band does most songs on that record better on other albums. It feels safe compared to SA or LaS

Also, Ill stand by MSK being one of YC's most impressive songs by a mile

can't get into the last two at all, southern air is pretty much their crowning accomplishment. i don't like paper walls as much, and as much as i like the songs on ocean avenue the immense vocal improvement puts WYTTSY above it for me.

southern air is all i ever need to listen to these days though

I don't think I've ever done a YC ranking, and frankly don't think I need/want to? They all occupy a certain space and are all v enjoyable to me. Some are better than others sure, but every album has a specific feel and meaning.

    Yay for great discographies!

I think Lift a Sail is my favorite now quite honestly, it's the only one I've wanted to play in a long time

Paper Walls will always be my favorite, but I've also found myself coming back to Lift a Sail a lot. Same for their last album an equal amount.

I hardly find myself going back to OFTK and OA.

Southern Air is literally the quintessential Yellowcard record. Their "best" will depend on your personal taste which is a testament to their variance.

I've always found myself going back to Lift a Sail a lot more than their other records. It really is my favorite. It makes me sad how it was received upon release.

For what it's worth, LaS is probably the one where I can look at the track list and most think "fuck, that's a damn good record."

The weakest track on it i think is Madrid, but I still love it in context with the album. MSK is so underrated.

Every time that this album gets brought up I bring up the same thing that Illuminate is the best on the album and others like MSK are beautiful and more people need to love this record.

Honestly I'm surprised that the fan base wasn't into it. It's such a good record. It's their best musically. Lyrically it's their most personal. I dunno, I just didn't get what their was to not like about it. I mean, did people really want another Southern Air style album?
