The second Chicago show starts at 7:30. I'll try to remember the set times!

Did they drop "Always Summer" or am I just not seeing it on recent sets?

I feel ya, I'm sure it's just difficult when you don't have a permanent drummer. So they can't vary their sets like some bands.

They dropped it. They didn't play it last night.

That's is true. I didn't think about that.

Regarding the wristbands security was pretty lax last night at House of Blues. People on the floor got purple wristbands and people on the balconies did not get a wristband but there was no one on top of the stairs checking. My buddy who had balcony tickets had no problem getting into the pit.

Did they replace it with Breathing I guess? I was surprised Breathing was always on the set just because I figured it was a staple.

    Looks like it (per Setlist.fm)

I guess for the band that'd be hard to chose between. I'd assume they like Always Summer better (as do I) but Breathing probably gets great response live and has always been a staple since release.

Pretty lame for them to keep the set the same two nights in a row. That's why I started getting over this band it was just the same thing every time. They had potential to do really cool sets and switch it up a lot with the amount of music they had. Similar to NFG

Always Summer should be part of that set and they should be dropping Sleep In The Snow for Breathing. AS is probably my favorite Yellowcard song.

Sleep In the Snow and Cut Me, Mick were two songs I never really got into until before this tour.

    Things have changed.

They have a fill-in drummer who had to learn more than 20 songs. They're not gonna roll out the entire discography.

Memories are nice, but that's all they are. Prestigious

Sleep in the Snow is one of their best songs, I would be bummed if they dropped it

I think Sleep in the Snow is great and a fan favorite that never got played. Either it's on there for the fans, the band themselves really like it and thought they'd bust it out for themselves on the last tour, or both ( I feel the same about Be the Young).

About them changing up the sets, to me from tour to tour they always mix it up enough and play great sets. A lot of bands don't mix it up during the tour. It's great when a band does, but I don't fault them when they don't. I can only imagine learning more than one set, how the songs flow and the order and probably other stuff we don't think about that goes into it. Also the light guy and things like that.

Could have learned a few extra so they could switch up double nights. I was just talking about before

Also he obviously knows all of Ocean Avenue so they could have sprinkled some of those in

Sleep In The Snow is a top 5 song of the whole band

Yup. Sleep In The Snow is fantastic. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear it live.

I'm in the minority I guess. I felt that was one of the weaker songs off Southern Air. That album has better songs that never made it to tour sets such as Telescope and Ten.

Ten is one of the last slower songs of theirs that I'd want to hear live.

I realized that too listening to Yellowcard on shuffle this past week. I would have thought at least one of the two would be a staple when the album first came out.
