  1. Rewatching the disaster that was Royal Rumble 2014 - wow WWE whiffed hard it's hilarious to hear the crowd boo the final 15 or so minutes

2014 and 2015 were just awful and last year was average at best

Really hoping we get a good rumble next year

  2. Hell 2014 was the year to pull the trigger on Reigns - crowd was hot for him

Should have been Reigns Punk or Bryan winning but nah

I don't remember if it was here or somewhere else but I remember someone saying that supposedly WWE wants the 10 chants to die down during countouts so they're leaning toward not using him on the main roster. Sounds like total BS to me though but who knows

being so over you don't get a main roster spot is certainly the kind of thing the WWE would do <_<

the 10 chants got way out of hand at the past takeover so i could buy it as a reasoning. its not like the yes chant where the crowd is just chanting in every segment because they feel like their guy isn't getting his due. they were purposefully chanting 10 over and over to fuck with the performers.

tye is obviously ready, but he may need some tweaking for the main

Dillinger at 10 is too obvious at this point. They don't like doing stuff that everyone sees coming.
    11 would be hysterical though.

If it was true, that final match of Smackdown definitely didnt help.

Vince might also get pissed if the countdown for all the Rumble entrants is 10, 10, 10,...

Even better would be Dillinger at 10 and getting murdered Spike Dudley style by someone they want to build as a big heel. A recently eliminated Braun would do, Samoa Joe, etc.

Probably worth it to get the pop at #10, and since Vince loves fucking with the crowd...

NXT could really use a secondary title. All this talk of Tye made me realize how little there is for him to do right now. Shinsuke will likely hold the title through Mania, and if past NXT feuds are any indication, that will lead to multiple rematches whenever he does lose it. Something like FCW's old 15 Championship would play really well with the current format.

TV title would make sense, also adds the element of regularly televised title matches

The only issue with a TV title is they tape 4 eps at a time

That seems extremely stupid on their end. I feel bad for all those stuck on those 8 year contracts that won't be able to do any shows that are taped for TV.

Only way that would even remotely work out for them is if they finally got a bigger market TV deal in place, or if they finally get on a decent streaming service.

Read from some random site I came across on Facebook that 'rumors' say Finn could be the one to challenge KO for the title at Mania. God I fucking hope said random site is correct. Totally down with that.

Austin On Why He Won’t Come Back for One More Match:

I’m 52, and I get these emails all the time asking why I don’t come back. They’ll say, so and so did it. Goldberg did it, and you know what, I’m happy for all my friends that are making comebacks. Bill [Goldberg] going in and beating Brock Lesnar was awesome, setting it up for Wrestlemania 33 in Orlando, but I’m not making no comeback. I had someone cuss me out on the email the other day saying that they hated my guts because I wouldn’t do it a comeback, but listen, I’m done. I road off into the sunset in 2003, whenever it was, after Wrestlemania 19; came back for a couple of appearances, but I’m done, and I’m happy being done, and I don’t want the pressure of having another match on my shoulders, because I don’t have to have another match because I’m satisfied with the career that I had.

I appreciate everyone that had supported my career. Pro Wrestling has springboarded every endeavor that I am involved in right now, and I love the business, and the WWE and all the organizations that I work for, but man, I’m done. It’s like when we did that last DVD, but I’m enjoying my time outdoors, and the things I want to spend my time with right now that I am passionate about, like learning how to do Long-Range Shooting for example. I’m working on stuff that I want to do and I really don’t want to go back to the business. The wrestling business is now for the younger generation that is in there right now, and you do it for as long as you can, and you then ride off into the sunset and adjust accordingly.

I’ve adjusted accordingly. I have so many great memories of the wrestling business. I’ve worked real hard to get to the top, and how many flukes and breaks to have happened that had allowed me to have the success that I did. For the Goldberg and everyone else that wants to make a comeback, man, I sit there and watch, and I am cheering for them, and wanting to see great matches, and wanting people to cheer for them, and like them, but I’m done brother, I really am. I’m happy that I am done because I’m happy with where I am at right now in my life. I’m done, I don’t need a comeback; end of story.

Everytime I get bummed we never got a true Steve Austin farewell run, I remember that he almost came back for a match against Coach for Taboo Tuesday in '05 and decide to count my blessings instead lol.

Haha that match (With Batista replacement) is such Wrestlecrap. Vader was extremely out of shape and fell down a few times including a botch of Batista's spinebuster. Big Dave was screaming at him haha.

Just the notion that he'd hold the title that long, through Rumble and Elimination Chamber, would make me happy.

Though, I guess Balor beating him at the Chamber and the rematch being at WM would be cool too.
