This has been real rough so far..

 

Terrible mic work? Boring battle royals? Rehashing matches and segments from the PPV two days prior? Terrible announcing? The new SmackDown Live really is just the old Raw

 

this is what happens when you put all the best midcard talent on Raw

This is what I expected Smackdown to be - the first hour will usually be bad because the mid card and tag scene is garbage but the main event stuff should be good

Was just going to remark how pale Orton looks

 

Assuming we still get American Alpha debuting after this and the main event is good (which it certainly has the talent to be) Smackdown as a whole won't have been terrible.

(as I say that... what are they doing with this segment?)

 

As great as Orton is, is it really a good idea for the IC champion to look so weak against someone who's been on the shelf for nine months?

 

Can we have American Alpha now please?

 

Orton definitely got hurt in that match. Kept shouting at himself and pounding the ground when they went to the outside.
