Indie shows are a lot like off Broadway plays. Sometimes its community theater and other times it's "holy shit why is this not on broadway"

No, no you don't. The title picture is bad. They seem to have every title defended on every show. The knockout's division is impossibly hard to watch. The only thing I've enjoyed is the X-Division and they don't even give those matches enough time.

 

All that TNA stuff is just so bad. I mean, it seems like a full blown parody. Wow.

 

I'll post this every time someone questions the indies. It's production value is insane. The behind the scenes stuff and vignettes are all meaningful and terrific. Storylines go somewhere and feuds are never forgotten. It's a bit hokey, but everything fits perfectly with the style. It features a lot of ex-WWE guys and a few that will be there eventually. The most over guy in the company is a skeleton ninja who breaks peoples arms. Well worth your time.

 

Lawler's suspension is lifted and he'll be back on Smackdown next week.

This is a silly statement

People watch indie wrestling for the same reason people listen to bands on indie labels, or watch indie films. It's an alternative to what we're being given in the mainstream, it's where alot of the rising young talent are, and it's where they're pushing concepts and ideas, and setting trends that could eventually reverberate into the mainstream.

How come there wasn't any commentary during the first clip?

The Impact Zone or whatever it's called feels so small. I'm not too familiar with TNA but it doesn't seem like I need to be either

 

Hardy videos are definitely something. I seem to recall the knockout division being called better than the divas division a while ago. Although at that point in WWE, any female division was probably better than 2 minute matches.

 

Fenix announced for BOLA. Hell yeah. Been waiting for the Lucha guys to get booked again, they were probably the best part of last year's BOLA. Hopefully Pentagon Jr gets announced next.

 

The world title picture in TNA is fine. EC3, Lashley, and Galloway have been doing really well and all seem like equals. The Hardy stuff is purposely ridiculous and they managed to attract more attention to that than it otherwise would have. Their other stuff is questionable in terms of quality, but they seem to have focus at least.

 

I don't watch indie wrestling, mostly due to time constraints, but I definitely get the appeal to it. I don't understand how a wrestling fan couldn't see the appeal of alternate promotions.
