Reigns/Trips is a no DQ match so we gon have some shenanigans

 

Sydal isn't the one in question returning, just Ricochet. They just need to lose the belts so it frees him up.

 

I've watched Zayn/Nakamura twice now since last night. Probably will do it a couple more before WM. So many things to love throughout the match.

 

Went through it again this morning, and then just finished it yet again right now. So good.

 

Nakamuras second match for WWE? A match against Elias Samson for the Axxess crowd

 

Ah. I thought the rumor was that his LU contract was limiting his action to a few places.

 

Probably some odds for Reigns to overcome.

 

Apparently he has an opt out clause for Season 3 that no one else on the LU roster really has.

 

just catching up on Takeover: Dallas now. The heel work in that opening tag match was next-level stuff. Really excited to see them on the main roster soon.

Gonna be hard for everyone else to match that though

 

@preppyak even with the gigantic botch in that match it's still 4 stars to me

 

Oh snap. It could happen! Dude has all the talent in the world. Doubt the 630 would fly in WWE though.

Nakamura just decapitated Elias Sampson

 

The heel work, the false finishes...the build to the ending. All so good. They even handled the botch well...just letting the crowd dump on them and then smiling

 

Wow wow wow what a show. This show made me get out of my funk since Bryan retired.

 

Corbin/Aries was fun. Corbin has definitely found his character.

And good god at the Zayn/Nakamura match.

 

Last night's show reinvigorated my love for wrestling, just got tickets for when the Battleground PPV is in DC at the end of July and just started Lucha Underground.

 

Imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery. :)

 

That "fight forever" chant during the Sami/Nakamura match was great. Actually, everything about that match was great.

 

Loved the counters they threw in...especially the kick on that sliding DDT that Sami does.

 

omg Jason Jordan made me cry with that interview. I thought it'd be Chad. That is perfect.

Yeah I don't think I re-watched any match quicker than that Zayn/Naka match since uh, Punk/Cena at MIB?

It just had everything. A fantastic debut. A worthy send off. Fantastic match overall. That doesn't happen often and that's what made it truly special.

 

The title matches definitely didnt live up to the Zayn/Naka and tag-team match, but, they got some good variety into the Finn/Joe match this time around. Though the blood stuff early was kind of annoying...started to feel like a work at one point

 

Agreed. That tag match was awesome. The tag team chemistry was so strong. I love all of the blind tags too.

It is cool to see all of the love for Nakamura but I don't think he is my style. Everyone is saying match of the year candidate and that they watched it twice and I just didn't feel the same way about it. There were some cool spots but it didn't live up to the hype for me, maybe that is because I don't watch very much if any strong style wrestling. I get that Nakamura is talented and charismatic but it just didn't work for me. I guess I'm the only one.

 

While I absolutely loved every second of Zayn/Nakamura last night, my favorite NXT match still remains Zayn/Neville from Takeover: R Evolution.
