I really don't see how WWE dropped the ball with this one. The Rhodes Brothers were so OVER after their feud with The Shield.

Dashing Cody Rhodes still had the coolest entrance I've seen in a while. Gonna miss him.

Damn man, Cody Rhodes was very under-utilised. Should have gotten a better gimmick and a bigger push when others were getting injured. Stardust was just not that good of a gimmick and it just lost any credibility the WWE still had for him.

On a side note, watched the first two episodes on the E&C show and still don't know what to make of it.

 

I never liked the Stardust gimmick much but Cody was undoubtably very talented and it's a shame he never got the huge push he deserved.

 

He did great with it but what he was given was not good at all.

 

Good on Cody to ask for his leave. He'll turn 31 this year so he still has a lot left in the tank if he wants to pursue wrestling elsewhere. another "what the fuck?" for E decision making.
