yeah i would say it was about a 4, honestly the fake endings and the mcmahon siblings each coming out kinda took away from it a bit.

 

Is that really believable anyway? The way that Roman has been presented to us for two years now doesn't really back a heel persona at all. I think if you are going to do that, he needs to be away from the product for a while.

 

I disagree. Reigns could easily do a Jericho style heel turn, where the fans wanting AJ and Sami and others over him makes him bitter

For how worthless Reigns character really is, they've gotten quite a bit out of it. But, throwing top workers at him to carry matches isnt getting him over, and they seem reluctant to turn him full heel. So, after AJ he'll probably face a heel like Rusev or KO

Falls count anywhere match. This happens and he rolls outside yelling he can’t move anything and that his neck is broken. Crowd is standing in silence. Commentary mentions theres people in the audience calling an ambulance. Promoter, ring crew, ref, and opponent all stand around checking on him. He pops up and school boys his opponent for the win. Crowd loses their sh*t they’re so pissed.

And yeah, that is some immaculate heel work

 

I think if Reigns turns into a monster, arrogant, prick of a heel, you just run the risk of the people currently booing him to flip to cheering for him. I know I would love an arrogant bastard Reigns heel -- especially because he just looks like someone I would hate -- but there's almost nothing he could do as a heel that would draw more heat than he already has.

 

Might as well just go with that. I'm bigger, stronger, faster, better than everyone else. It's not like his current trajectory is doing him any favors

 

Don't think Reigns ever really turns heel as long as they want him granting a ton of wishes, selling merch and doing charity stuff. Right now is as close as we're ever going to get.

 

I love Sexy Star. Really excited to see how they use her after this arc finishes. Hopefully it ends tonight.

 

I certainly don't think they are going to deviate from the "Dean = good guy, Seth = bad guy, Roman = the guy" thing they've got set up until they can get their triple threat out of it, probably at next year's wrestlemania if everyone gets/stays healthy.

 

Seth is coming back as a face in some capacity.

As someone who was never impressed with Sexy Star, that match made me a fan of both her and Mariposa.

Just a great match.

And I would assume that is the end of the Sexy Star/Mack vs Mariposa/Marty angle.

I was thinking the same thing, but then i was also wondering if that's the case why Lana isn't toning down her fake accent? Is she going to still be kayfabe Russian on Total Divas? That would be hilarious.

 

At least I can feel good in that I wasn't alone in thinking Ambrose/Jericho was good, reactions here seemed to be largely negative.

 

Kalisto was better than he gave it credit for imo.
