Only a suspension?

 

I think they need to take time to assess what they are going to do with the belt. Given how much they've filmed, they are going to need to ease off of him. I think eventually they release him, but they have to rework their angles first.

 

Suspension means nothing. He's already worked the recent tapings.

Did the WWE sign the women in the tournament the way they did the CWs?

 

For the most part.

Nixon Newell is out of the tourney because she requires ACL surgery, but already has a WWE contract for dev.

 

I've only fooled around with the character creator so far but it's a great character creator, hah. Seems like people generally think it plays well but it's kind of barebones in regards to features at the moment. I think I'll finally get around to some matches tonight.

 

What is this game tell me about it pls

 

Browsing Steam Workshop and jesus christ some of these CAWs are good. Can you edit arenas/mats and stuff still?

 

Fire Pro Wrestling World on Steam
Super super deep sprite based wrestling series. PC version of new one is in Early Access. Every move under the sun is included and the sprite based style makes it super possible to recreate any wrestler, all of which are shareable.

Yes, though the tools for editing things that aren't wrestlers are much more limited and unless I was missing something last night, might not even be able to be exported to the workshop yet?

• Looks graphically like a 2D wrestler/fighter you'd play in an arcade or on SNES
• Plays like that as well, but has a ton of moves/options/weapons/match types that you'd expect out of a 2K game
• Match types are a little barren at the moment, but if literally any other game in the series is any indication, we will have barbed wire rope C4 turnbuckle matches in no time.
• The game allows you to customize your create a wrestlers pixel-by-pixel, so you or other more graphic design inclined nerds can make any wrestler you can think of.
• These nerds can then allow you to download them for free.
• In past games you could edit the ring, the floor, the arena, the ramp/entrance, anything. Made for the most awesome sims.
• You can even assign all sorts of "logic" so you can make it to where underdogs get stat boosts after getting the crap kicked out of them, etc.

 

Yeah, looks like no workshop support yet for that stuff. They seem to have had a tremendous launch tho so I imagine we'll get it sooner than later.

The web says it runs at almost 60 FPS on i3 laptops, so yes. Steam allows you to ask for a refund for less than 2 hours played as well
