Low blows have been missing from the show since the opening match.

 

Shows what a good card can do and not wasting everyone's time with shit like Orton vs Jinder.

Idk why I let myself expect anything different would happen but letting him get manhandled like that was a nice little wrinkle.

 

Joe gave his best effort and Brock still punked him with just one F-5

 

good match overall, not mad at it. was hoping against hope Joe would win but overall a really good card and hell... after that roman/braun thing it would've been easy knowing wwe to have a lackluster main event. I will say though, its clear you can tell brock likes joe since he was willing to do a lot to put him over, even in beating him.

edit* figured once brock started his german fests itd be over. I do agree tho, more though one f5 would've been nice... but overall fits nitpicky when the show itself was so solid.

Underwhelming finish to the match but I don't think this really hurts Joe at all. He looked great and took Brock to the brink of defeat. Could've gone down way worse.

 

I wouldn't be mad if that wasn't the last of Joe/Brock, but the way it ended I think it might have - least for a little while. Who knows though.... who is Brock's opponent for Summerslam?

that's the only match I could see but is that really the next logical step to just throw brock into the feud that just had all that happen tonight and having your big name, few time a year draw, big money champ as a third wheel? or do they hope that adds it all?

iunno I did hear wwe wants to go all out for summerslam though, very possible.
