Corbin is the right choice to win (well besides Zayn) but that was the wrong way to book it

 

Ratings are the same as they've been. Smackdown isn't struggling, Raw is.

 

They built to that Nak moment perfectly. Such an insane set of spots. That sunset flip to Dolph was like the 5th riskiest spot...

And Im excited to see what Corbin does with the briefcase. I think he holds it for a while and keeps attacking people backstage before cashing it at Survivor Series-ish

I get building heat but heels win everything every time lately - when was the last truly fun moment of WWE - Bryan winning at WM30 - it's fucking exhausting seeing the same shit over and over with very little to no payoff

Yup. I'm just a little tired of continually having to go "Okay, this is a reasonable direction to take things and I understand what they are trying to do and it should be interesting but I really wanted this to be Sami's moment"

 

Thats what Summerslam is for usually (though last years was rough).

Id rather Corbin get a run than keeping this Jinder thing going. I can only take so many hacky promo videos and one-note matches. Corbin may not have the mic skills of some of the others, but, he has WAY better ring work than Jinder
