English is so good, man. I loved his artsy pretentious gimmick in NXT. He had a main event with Sheamus down there when they would have a main roster guy make an appearance every week to get eyes on it. That was a great little match.

At a house show last month, it was Slater/Rhyno/Kalisto v. Vaudevillains/Hawkins. Hawkins had Kalisto in a resthold for what seemed like eternity and the crowd was really begging for a hot tag and getting loud about it. English climbed up to the top rope facing the crowd, and while waving his hands like a conductor sang "YOU CAN'T HELP HIMMMM!!!". Got a ton of heat and was generally very entertaining on the apron.

 

... Rowan? I don't follow you here. Or an Ascension jabroni?

Oh, my bad haha. I have heard so many rumors of her demise since Summerslam that I kinda forgot about her completely.

 

I think the Ascension gets a good rub after the SRW videos. They definitely need their gimmick tweaked, but they can make something work.

 

One of them is on strike two of the wellness policy, right? Could be wrong.

 

after foley said the line about trading you for eva marie (in a sense, totally buring her by admitting she's terrible).... that was a pretty big clue to where she was in the company.

Especially if Mick of all people is the one delivering that joke.

 

He was undervaluing Eva in that trade, for sure.

 

Sin Cara, Darren Young, wouldnt be surprised to see Titus go as well eventually. They've got enough depth via call-ups to not really need as many jobbers.

Also wouldnt be surprised if one of the Smackdown tag teams disappears by summer, especially if say, the Ascension go to RAW.

edit: Add Curtis Axel to that list. They can rework Bo in some way, but, Axel is done.

 

Darren Young is way more of an asset than people give him credit for. Right now, he is just out after elbow surgery, I think. They should have him do something embracing his background, not shoehorning a Trump gimmick.

 

Bo needs to join his brother already.

 

She probably should have taken that "other" offer.

 

I'm hoping one of the trades is Alexa/Charlotte

 

Alexa or Mickie. They definitely need to shake things up, and i cant take another Sasha/Charlotte/Bayley match.

 

I wouldn't be opposed to any of the top women on Raw making the jump. It just sucks that bucktooth hates Becky so much.

Lol, come on. In kayfabe, Eva's gimmick was that she literally refused to perform, and in real life she got suspended immediately following a repackage/call up/push. That was after a year or two of being the worst female in-ring performer since the Diva Search days. Sami Zayn is totally worth multiple Eva Maries in a wrestling context.

 

LOVE the side plates.

 

Same reason why I feel like Titus is a safe bet to be around the company until he decides he wants to leave. Does so much charity stuff and things like that.

I very selfishly want all four Horsewomen on the same brand, but recognize that it really hurts both brands to do that (which is sorta why I loved the idea of the women being on one brand while the tag division was on the other).

 

I was thinking the same thing. Everything seemed really up in the air after the Vince incident. I'm pretty sure his contract was up in August or so, so he must have renewed. I ain't even mad. His stuff is laughably bad.

 

@Henry thank you so much for getting me hooked on LU. I've seen some of the most awesome matches ever on that show.

 

How far have you gotten?

 

I'm almost done the first season. I'm getting ready to start Deselation Of Drago.
