It might be Moolah. It's def one of them.

 

Moolah was the one with the "training center", which she basically ran like an early 1900's coal camp. Making people sign exclusive deals, pay 25% booking fees and having her other wrestlers train them, force them to live in her housing, etc. Apparently pimping people out, and also fucking over lots of other companies/wrestlers.
