Guys. Should I go on the Jericho cruise

 

It's seriously unreal how much he's progressed since his debut, maybe we will have a non-"hottest free agent" NXT champ for once next year

 

I'm afraid he's going to be the next NXT Tyler Breeze, which isn't a bad spot to be in, but the character has so much more depth than the Breeze character did at the time that I think he could definitely have a really good run as champion.

Just heard flair on ESPN and it was so depressing. Hope he gets better soon.

In what universe does anyone want to go on a cruise? A normal cruise sounds fucking awful but yeah lock me on a ship with 1,000 sweaty wrestling and/or heavy metal nerds looking to spread lice every where. Fuck that noise.

 

I mean ton's of people go on em. But this is a great point. I'm only intrigued because it is setting away from Ft. Lauderdale which is like 15 minutes away from me. Being around ton's of smelly wrestling geeks without an escape does sound awful though. Unless @Henry comes with me, then we can just make fun of everyone.

 

yeah, a couple of guys who follow every promotion on earth and post in a wrestling thread buried in the corner of the forum of some guys blog sitting antisocially on a boat making fun of other wrestling fans sounds really cool

I've been on three cruises, two with family and one with college friends. They can be real fun for a lot of the times, but as @bigmike described, it'll be day 5 and you're standing in a pool surrounded by drunk pot bellied 50 year olds and kids running everywhere, and you start to ask yourself why you're there.

 

the punk cruise i went on a few years ago was AMAZING. I met a lot of great people with common interests. Wrestling fans? hmm, i mean, its not the worst thing, but wrestling + metal fans? That could be tough.

I still think jericho's cruise works better as a on-land festival. A Rock + Wrestling festival, i would go to that

yeah i went the first year with gogol and frank turner....its amazing. Totally worth it.
