Can also comfortably say as the 38yr old dad of a 2.5yr old, cant recommend it for Malakai at this point. Toddlers are a young mans game.

 

Swerve (and the title) deserves better than a seemingly throwaway match that feels more at place on Dynamite. Christian just doesn’t feel like a worthy challenger here.

 

Remember all those rumors about FTR and MJF going there? FTR said in a promo last night that they would die for AEW and Max is not going there anytime soon. People also mentioned Garcia and Hook jumping ship. Garcia just teamed with the PRESIDENT OF NEW JAPAN PRO WRESTLING and is fairly over and Hook has been heavily featured and has been a champ for months.

Andrade and Shawn Spears went back and did jack shit so far. At least Spears also works behind the scenes. Jade is being pushed to the moon though.

 

Yeah as a 35 year old man with an 8 year old daughter I could not imagine having a toddler right now. The thought makes me want to cry and not in a good way haha

 

Counterpoint: DoN has had almost entirely dogshit title defenses (and rarely main'd).

2020 is Stadium Stamped main (and Mox v Brodie). 2021 is the Omega/Pac/OC match (awesome ass mathc, but...not credible), Stadium stampede mains. 2022 is Punk v Hangman. 2023 is the Pillars (which was solid), but didnt main either.
