A few pages late, but my favorite wrestling shirt moment was at a WWE house show years ago. I was wearing one of Seth's early Black & Brave shirts - he had some pretty cool ones. He was a heel. After his match, he swung around ringside and was trash talking some kids. The one next to me was holding out a program for him to sign and he scoffed at it. He then looked quickly at me, saw my shirt, smirked, gave me a friendly slap on the chest and said "nice shirt man."

The kid was dumbfounded.

 

Trying to figure out if announcing that you're locked in with WBD and PPVs are on Max moving forward in front of 40k+ fans in London is gonna be well received or booed out of the stadium...

 

rights deal will likely get announced via SI or something like that would be my guess. gimme all those ppvs on max baby

 

I highly doubt they’d announce it there since the UK TV deals are an entirely different thing.

 

The PPV’s on Max would be so great. I already pay for MAX so the $400 a year in savings would be pretty fantastic. I don’t mind paying for the PPV’s, but I won’t pass up saving some cash and they could even expand to 10-12 PPV’s if they stream them. Mostly looking forward to AEW getting a bag from WBD so they can shut the morons up who think they are going out of business lol

 

One thing I am grateful for while AEW is struggling a bit is the cheap tickets to Collision. I paid $50 a ticket for decent 100 level tickets that would be 2-3 times that for WWE since RAW in September is almost sold out already lol

 

Don't worry, they'll just move the goal posts.

They’re already saying WBD is 44 billion in debt so they got ahead of the curve this time.

 

Putting any AEW content on Max is significantly more likely to get me to watch it more consistently as long as I can keep stealing it from my parents.

 

As long as they keep it on Fite, then they can move wherever the fuck they want.

 

put AEW on Max. Give Bryan a spot on CNN's morning show. Have Kenny curate an Adult Swim anime lineup. Cast Copeland as a voice in some DC animated show. Have one of the 30 Day Fiances take their mail order husband to see Collison. Saturate the brand. Gimme that sweet sweet synergy.
