Outside of all the horrific stuff in that lawsuit filing, one small thing that stood out to me was that "protect the business" is a common mantra in WWE's corporate office. Like the thought of a 30 year old accountant in khakis saying that in earnest while preparing a PowerPoint presentation on budget allocation is so weird to me.

 

Maxine***** Dupree and Ivy Nile are a great pair. Idk if Renee is a decent worker but this is something I'd go with.

Every tag team needs to be a team name though. I'm sick and tired of wrestler a and wrestler b as a tag team. Give them some whatever team name, matching attire, and let's go.

Fine. Develop an angle that brings back Rene Dupree (to zero pop because no one remembers rene dupree)... make him maxines estranged brother, which divides her and ivy as a tag team.

I was pretty down on Mercedes going to AEW because in their entire 4 years history, Tony hasn't shown a single modicum of care of ability to book a women's division, but they've been doing a genuine good job for the last 3-4 weeks and it's easily in the best place its ever been. In fact, I think it's the best thing they've got on their shows right now. So, I'm cautiously optimistic.

 

If Mercedes goes to AEW she is undoubtedly the biggest star on that roster and hopefully will be treated as such

 

By a fairly significant margin, too.

 

If he doesn’t portray her like a star then he needs to immediately let someone else run the show

 

she should be main eventing all of their ppvs over Joe undoubtedly

she should beat Joe for the AEW title

 

Collison's actually gonna have two women's matches tomorrow. Deeb's match might be a quick squash though lol

 

The women’s booking has been very good lately. Definitely feels like there was a focus on it finally.

 

There's like three women I'm genuinely invested in (Toni, Deonna, Mariah) right now which is more than...ever in that company.

The closest they've come is maybe Britt and Jamie.

 

Deonna and Mariah imo were signs Tony wants to push the division. Mercedes is gonna be icing on the cake, I'm really hoping this leads to a bigger push on the division. Thunder Rosa is back.....bring Britt back into the picture and let's watch them steal the spotlight.

 

I hope to see more sponsors pull before the Rumble.
